Senior Questionnaire
Senior Photography Sessions with Vo Photography include:
A private online gallery of edited images from which you, family, and friends can order print products. A pre-shoot phone or in-person consultation is included. My senior sessions last about 2 hours with about an hour of shooting. The extra time is included for changing of clothes, hair & makeup if purchased, and/or moving from one location to another. I select and edit the best images from your session and typically include 6 images (depending on your package) from a Senior Session. While all senior sessions include one digital file to be sent directly to your high school yearbook rep, my session fees do not include digital files or print product.
A 50% deposit is due no later than 30-days before your session to hold your date. Should you need to reschedule at the last minute, please notify Vo at least 48 hours before your session. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Vo will notify you a day or two before the session. It is common to try to reschedule for the day before or after so please make every effort to keep those days free too.
Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session.
Images will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online gallery that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. This gallery will be available for up to 12 months. I commonly add sneak peek images to Facebook. You will also receive a few images sized for online sharing after your gallery is ready.
Editing: All images presented to you in your final gallery have been carefully edited. My editing covers color correction, some head/eye swapping and general exposure balance, and much more. I do not do any corrections on clothing. If you would like editing beyond that you may purchase additional editing time with me.
A word about copyright.
All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Vo Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Vo's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Vo wishes to have control over the final ok of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.
