Have your home professionally photographed to showcase it to its best advantage and dramatically increase your chances of selling. I photograph both large and small homes, from suburban ramblers to luxury condos, as well as new home construction and remodels for builders and architects.
Real estate photos are delivered within 48 hours (usually the next afternoon). Same day delivery may be possible with advance arrangement and for an additional fee. The images are delivered via an email download link.
I use high-quality exposure and lighting techniques, along with natural looking Photoshop retouching (no harsh on-camera flash or overdone, fake looking HDR real estate photos). All photos are shot using a high-end Canon DSLR camera and high-quality lenses.
Fee starts at $125 for 1,000 square feet (add $25 per additional 500 sq ft). Fee is based on the size of home and travel time beyond the Anchorage / Eagle River area. Please inquire using the form at the bottom of this page with a brief description of location and square footage. Also, please let me know if this is a view home, which may determine the best time of day to shoot. I do not put a logo on images as I feel its distracting to the viewer.
